    TRAINING FORMAT

    HOW IT WORKS:

    • We meet with our clients to discuss their observations, objectives and expected results, from our programs.

    • We complete a needs assessment analysis and, together, we design a customized program, that will best fit your needs.

    • When possible, to more accurately pinpoint the targeted areas for improvement, we spend time on site, to observe the participants in their everyday work environments.

    • We include follow-up procedures to enhance retention of the materials.

THE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO BE PRESENTED:

On-site / Off-site: All of our programs may be presented on site. It is also possible to present our programs off-site, as per customer request.

Hotels / Restaurants: Our dining seminars are set up with the hotel staff. These seminars can be conducted for a luncheon program, or a seven-course formal dinner program!

Convention Centers: As part of your meeting program agenda, all of our seminars may be presented at these locations.

Colleges / Universities / Professional Schools: We will set-up our
programs on site, to accommodate both students and faculty.
